Application

Diethylamine NONOate sodium salt hydrate has been used as a nitric oxide donor to evaluate endothelium-independent dilation.[1][2] It has also been used to determine the level of nitric oxide in cell free systems.[3]

Diethylamine NONOate is a complex of diethylamine with nitric oxide used to generate a controlled release of nitric oxide in solution.
