Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (ECGS) is a BioReagent‑grade extract derived from bovine pituitary glands and contains growth‑promoting factors that support the growth and maintenance of vascular endothelial cells of mammalian origin. The supplement is prepared using a modified published method and supplied as a lyophilized powder from a sterile NaCl solution containing streptomycin sulfate.
