Can I use the TriTrack DNA Loading Dye or the TrakitCyanoOrange Loading Buffer with the ReadyMix??
1 answer-
The choice of loading dye will not impact the performance the the E3004 - Extract-N-Amp™ PCR ReadyMix. While we have not tested loading dyes outside of the product, G2526, any commercial DNA loading dye is expected to be compatible.

What is the polymerase used for this kit? I am trying to calculate Tm for my PCR, but I would need to know what type of polymerase this kit uses. I am guessing something close to Q5 Hotstart?
1 answer-
This kit employs Taq DNA polymerase (Product D6677).
