General description

γ-Globulin molecules is made up of four polypeptide chains, of which two have molecular weights of about 50,000 and two of about 20,000. These chains are cross-linked by disulfide bonds.[1]

Application

γ-Globulins from mouse were used to test the development and validation of ELISA for Herceptin detection in human serum.[2]
