General description

HiTrap® Protein A HP is a prepacked Protein A Sepharose High Performance column for preparative purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies from ascites, serum, and cell culture supernatants.

HiTrap® Protein A HP is a prepacked ready to use, column for preparative purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The special design of the column, together with the medium provide fast, simple and easy separations in a convenient formulation.

  • High binding capacitiy of 20 mg IgG/mL medium and fast kinetics.
  • 34 μm bead size for high-performance, high-resolution purifications.
