General description
If you like our new-generation Superdex Increase and Superose Increase size exclusion chromatography (SEC) columns, but need to purify larger volumes of up to 8.5 mL, we can pack the resin for you in HiScale columns.
HiScale columns are packed on demand for you with Superdex 200 Increase, Superdex 75 Increase, and Superose 6 Increase SEC (gel filtration) resins. The columns are available in two sizes: 16 × 400 mm and 26 × 400 mm. These two column sizes enable purification of sample volumes up to 3.2 and 8.5 mL, respectively.
