Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 837-853 of rat potassium channel Kv2.1 (with an additional N-terminal cysteine and tyrosine).The epitope is identical in mouse and rat and highly homologous in human and pig.

Physical form

Lyophilized at ∼1 mg/ml from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, 5% sucrose and 0.05% sodium azide.
