General description

Human APOE / Apolipoprotein E ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of apolipoprotein E in biological samples, such as a serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, urine, and/or cell and tissue lysates. APO-E plays an important role in the synthesis of chylomicrons and very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL).
