I used the RABWASH4 buffer in the Human CRP ELISA Kit RAB0096. After finishing the experiment I accidentally stored the buffer in the freezer at -20˚C for 3 weeks. Is this buffer still usable for my next trial?

The user guide refers to the wash buffer 20 x, with the product code RABWASH4; however, it does not provide instructions regarding how to dilute it. Should it be diluted with distilled water like the other components of the kit?
