SMCxPRO™ Immunoassay Instrument

The SMCxPRO™ system is the 2nd generation instrument supporting SMC™ technology assays. The SMCxPRO™ technology approach collects signal from analyte fluorochromes free-floating in suspension using a rotating laser, CCD camera optics, and individual photons are counted by Avalanche Photodiode (APD).

  • High sensitivity (femtogram/mL) quantification
  • Minimal bench space: 14” W x 16” H x 17.5” D
  • Affordable
  • Bead-based kits

SMC™ Immunoassay Kits

SMC™ Immunoassay Kits using Single Molecule Counting (SMC™) technology enable you to reach the highest levels of sensitivity possible in an immunoassay format.

  • SMC™ kits contain all reagents required to perform assays on the SMCxPRO™ Immunoassay System.
  • Configure with a proprietary paramagnetic microparticle solid phase capture for ultrasensitive biomarker quantification.
  • Standard immunoassay plate format is also available.

SMCxPRO and SMC are registered trademarks of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany
