To whom it may concern, we have recently purchased the granzyme B (SRE0021) and its substrate (SCP0158). Is the enzyme in its active form? What are the best condition for resuspension? Thank you.
1 answer-
The product is provided in active form. It does not require activation. Use 50 µl sterile deionized water to dissolve 5 µg protein to a final concentration of 0.1 µg protein/µl. This solution is stable for 1 year at –70 °C.
