General description

Human Sestrin1, also known as p53-regulated protein PA26 (GenBank Accession No. NM_014454) full length, amino acids 2-551(end) with N-terminal FLAG-tag, MW=65 kDa, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a Baculovirus expression system.

Application

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
