What is the solubility of U5127, Ursodeoxycholic acid (CAS 128-13-2)? Specifically, is it soluble in PBS?

U5127 is soluble in ethanol at 50mg/mL, as well as slightly soluble in chloroform, and in DMSO at approximately 70 mg/mL. However, the product is insoluble in water.
