This product is not suitable for determining the absorbance of a 100 μL sample. The capacity of this cuvette is 1400 μL; a 100 μL sample would not be in the path of the light beam. An Ultra-Micro cuvette is recommended for 100 ?L samples. Technical service can be contacted for assistance with selecting a suitable cuvette.
