General description

Grow, stain and view living cells on a single device. The Nunc^® Lab-Tek^®hambered coverglass with a No. 1 borosilicate glass bottom offers the optical characteristics required for high magnification and confocal image analysis. Available in 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-well formats. The upper chamber structure cannot be removed from the coverglass.

Application

Nunc^® Lab-Tek^® II chambered coverglass has been used in live cell imaging of dissociated cells from embryos of Ciona intestinalis.

Features and Benefits

Media chamber securely mounted to No. 1 borosilicate coverglass by non-toxic medical grade silicone adhesive.
The polystyrene chamber is not removable and requires inverted microscope for viewing.
Fitted polystyrene cover without top handle minimizes evaporation.
Sterile in convenient stackable incubation trays.
