Application

Two Swagelok® tees connected in series maybe used in the nanoliter injection system used for microliter column chromatography, the branch of the first tee could be connected to a restricted capillary followed by high-pressure shut-off valve (“SPLIT”), whereas the branch of the second tee could be connected with wide-bore stainless steel tubing directly to a shut-off valve (“PURGE”).[1]
