Application
SGE microvolume syringe may be used in the analysis of short-chain free fatty acids in Swiss Cheese using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) method. It may also be used in analysing halogenated volatile contaminants in beverages and food products using solid-phase microextraction followed by headspace gas chromatographic technique.
