Application
- Phospholipids in dairy products prior to their determination by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD).[1]
- Free and esterified sterols in Portuguese olive oils prior to their estimation by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[2]
- Synthetic musks in cream prior to their quantification by GC combined with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS).[3]
- Phospholipids in milk samples prior to their quantification by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) in conjunction with ELSD as well as ion trap-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (IT-TOF MS).[4]
