Questions

  1. Hi, May I know what's the differences between Florisils with SKU. 220736 and 57209. May I use the Florisils with SKU. 220736 for SPE separation of lip from tissue samples?

    1 answer
    1. The primary differences between these two products are the particle size and the Quality testing.
The 22036, Florisil, is suitability tested for use in GC and has a particle size range of 100 - 200 mesh (0.074 mm to 0.149 mm).
The 57209, Supelclean LC-Florisil, is suitability tested for use in SPE and has a particle size range of 100 - 120 mesh (0.125 mm to 0.149 mm).
Both products are physically the same magnesium silicate material.
