  2. If RID analysis is performed using 100% distilled water, how should I wash and fill it? And should I always wash and fill it with a specific temperature condition (80°C) and flow rate?

    1 answer
    1. The column can be stored with the water mobile phase for a few days. For washing and longer-term storage, reverse the column and flush with a 10% acetonitrile solution in water for at least 3 hours at 0.1 mL/minute at 25°C, with the column disconnected from the detector. Methanol should never be used with this column.
