ZytoLight® Probes
- The ZytoLight® system features direct-labeled FISH probes, eliminating the need for secondary detection reagents and streamlining the FISH workflow. With ZytoLight® probes, you can perform efficient FISH testing for FFPE samples to identify critical genetic alterations.
- Fluorescence microscopy detects probes using filters that convert full-spectrum light to a specific wavelength, exciting the probe's fluorophore. The emitted longer wavelength light passes through a dichroic mirror and is further refined by a barrier filter for detection.
- This innovation allows for reliable, high-resolution multi-target detection with lot-to-lot consistency and strong fluorescent signals.
