Analysis Note

This application demonstrates the suitability of Ascentis Express 2.7 μm RP-Amide for the separation of tricylcic antidepressants. The phase chemistry is well suited to this class of hydrophobic bases and offers improved resolution and peak shape compared to traditional reversed phase C18 analysis. The core shell particle shows an increased speed of analysis compared to the standard Ascentis application.
