Hello! Does this package include both vials and lids? What does it mean "bonded to cap" septa? There is no need to attach septa to lids? Thanks!

  Yes, this product includes both vials and caps. The caps are polypropylene hole caps that include a PTFE-lined silicone septum. This septum is not removable from the cap. This feature is referred to in the product description as 'bonded'.
