Descripción general
Utilizando el método QuEChERS, las muestras alimentarias o agrícolas se extraen primero con un disolvente miscible acuoso (por ejemplo, acetonitrilo) en presencia de elevadas cantidades de sales (como el cloruro de sodio y el sulfato de magnesio) o agentes amortiguadores (como el citrato) para inducir separación en fase líquida y estabilizar los plaguicidas lábiles a ácidos y bases. Tras agitar y centrifugar, una alícuota de la fase orgánica se somete a un ulterior lavado utilizando la SPE. A diferencia de los métodos tradicionales en los que se usan tubos de SPE, en la SPE dispersiva, la limpieza se facilita mezclando cantidades a granel de SPE (Supelclean PSA, ENVI-Carb o Discovery DSC-18) con el extracto. Después de la limpieza de la muestra, la mezcla se centrifuga y el sobrenadante resultante puede o bien analizarse directamente o bien someterse a otro tratamiento menor antes de analizarse.

How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
