Description
Analysis Note
This application demonstrates the separation of selected nitroaromatic compound using Ascentis Express Biphenyl. The biphenyl stationary phase is well suited to these substituted aromatic compounds due to interactions between the aromatic stationary phase and the electropositive benzene ring of the analyte. Unique selectivity is observed running this reversed phase separation using methanol mobile phase conditions
