Abstract

The review considers the possibility of using capsule form urapidila for combination therapy for treatment-resistant hypertension. The drug has a dual mechanism of action and combining the properties of -blockers and centrally acting drug, has a high efficiency, comparable to that of other groups of drugs, and good tolerability.
