General description

All-in-one solution for executing liquid/liquid reactions continuously in a microstructured reactor. This method has significant potential for process performance improvement compared to the conventional mode. The metal-free construction enables safe handling of aggressive compounds under permanent pressure and temperature supervision. Automatic shutdown function permits unattended operation. Adjust the temperature by positioning the reactor and the residence time unit in your bath which should be on a magnetic stirrer (bath and stirrer not included). Resident volumes are adjustable to individual demands.
Fields of application: General process development, high exothermic/hazardous reactions, handling of products that are instable under reaction conditions and product profile improvement (side product suppression).
