General description

The IKA RV 10 rotary evaporators have integrated heating baths and an ergonomic, space-saving design. Each version features a motorized lifting mechanism that raises the evaporator piston out of the heating bath in case of power outage.

Other safety features also include interval operation, smooth start, end position recognition for the evaporator piston, and a timer function.

The RV 10 evaporators are fitted with a water/oil bath that includes a powerful 1300 Watt heater capable of delivering temperatures from room temperature to 180°C.

Digital model:
• The digital version has accurate digital and temperature display
• Temperature control of heating bath by micro controller
• Drive capable of right-left interval operation
• Infrared interface for data transfer from heating bath to drive unit
• Precision controlled via the RS 232 interface for remote PC operation
