AptaTaq Fast Polymerase & Master redefine fast PCR:
• AptaTaq Fast products are ready-to-use reagents optimized for fast PCR on all thermal cyclers. Inbuilt aptamer mediated hot start assures high specificity.

AptaTaq Fast DNA Polymerase is a thermostable, recombinant Taq polymerase with aptamer mediated, reversible hot start. It is immediate activated by heating, ideal for specific priming and fast PCR. Comes with optimized buffer system. Allows reaction setup at room temperature. A one-for-all protocol delivers superb results in less than 30 min for a broad range of templates incl. GC-rich templates.
AptaTaq Fast DNA Polymerase is optimized for fast end-point polymerase chain reaction assays. Enzyme and reaction buffer composition are optimized for fast activation and short PCR reaction times. AptaTaq Fast DNA Polymerase is optimized for high specificity by minimizing the formation of non-specific amplification products.
Similar to antibody-based methods, the enzyme is activated by heating. Dropping the temperature below +55°C acts like a switch, shutting off polymerase activity. At temperatures above +60°C, AptaTaq Polymerase is activated, ideal for specific priming and fast PCR.
It is a Kit for fast end-point PCR.

Application
