General description

GSTPrep FF 16/10 is prepacked, ready-to-use column containing Glutathione Sepharose® 4 Fast FLow designed for one-step, scale-up purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged proteins.

Application

Glutathione Sepharose® 4 Fast FLow is for scale-up purification of recombinant GST-tagged Proteins, other glutathione S-transferases, and glutathione-dependent Proteins. Mild elution conditions preserve Protein antigenicity and function.
