NanoFabTx microfluidic - micro is a ready to use microfluidic nanoformulation kit for the synthesis of drug delivery microparticles. This hardware kit includes a pre-assembled microfluidic chip and the required tubing and accessories. NanoFabTx microfluidic - micro is a complete microfluidic setup that is ready for connection with a pump system to conduct microparticle synthesis experiments. Reagent kit (NanoFabTx PLGA-micro, for synthesis of 10-30 μm particles) is available to pair with this microfluidic kit for precise fabrication of nanoparticles.
Microfluidic system is a powerful tool for fabricating drug delivery particles. The well controlled chip geometries and flow parameters enable facile synthesis of monodispersed particles with minimum batch-to-batch variance. It allows rapid production of micro/ nano-particles, and reduce the time for screening optimal carriers for drug delivery.
