General description

These Corning® hot plate/stirrers have a durable glass-ceramic 4 x 5 inch Pyroceram® top and offer superior performance and reliability in a low profile, space-saving design.They offer closed-loop stirring for consistent and accurate speed and to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and safely. They operate on 120V/60Hz and are UL and CUL approved to meet needs in North America and other locations with similar requirements.

• Hot top indicator light blinks a warning if the top is too hot to touch (>140°F) - even when the unit is turned off.
• Built-in holder accommodates optional 4 inch stainless steel support rods (No. CLS400831)
• 1 x 3/8 inch stir bar (No. CLS401435) included with each stirrer
