Crude enzyme preparation that contains several collagenases, a sulfhydryl protease, clostripain and trypsin-like proteolytic activities. Especially useful for tissue dissociation studies. Most active on fat cells, adrenal and liver tissue, with an optimal pH of 7.0-8.0.
