Description

General description

Native Stapylococcus aureus nuclease. Cleaves RNA and DNA to produce oligo- and mononucleotides with terminal 3′-phosphate groups. Also used to convert standard rabbit reticulocyte cell-free extracts (lysate) into mRNA-dependent protein synthesis systems. Note: 1 KU = 1000 units.

Packaging

15 ku in Plastic ampoule
