Description

Background information

Flow Limiting Orifices create quantitative airflow through a MF-Millipore filter for airborne contamination analysis. The orifices are threaded into the outlet of a Millipore Aerosol Analysis Holder or Aerosol Adapter to enable a constant flow rate when required vacuum level is applied.

Ratings are accurate to within approximately 15%. For greater precision, calibrate orifice with a flowmeter at actual working vacuum level.
