Description

General description

The product contains disodium salt crystals of ATP.

Application

ATP, disodium salt, is used for the luminometric determination of Luc activity in cell extracts.

Quality

Purity: ≥98% ATP-Na2H2 x 3 H2O, ≥82% ATP (enzymatic), ≤0.5% ADP and AMP (enzymatic), ≤0.01% GTP (HPLC), ≤30 ppm heavy metals (as Pb-ions), ≤15 ppm Fe-ions

Preparation Note

Storage conditions (working solution): The reconstituted aqueous solution is stable for one week at 2 to 8 °C, and for several months at -15 to -25 °C.
