Description

General description

Isoquercitrin is an eosinophilic inflammation suppressor which has potential to treat allergies. It is a flavonoid glycoside. It is used as substrate for Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB). Acylated isoquercitin can be prepared by lipase catalyzed transesterification with carboxylic acid vinyl esters.

Application

Isoquercitrin was used as standard to compare the retention time of samples for identifying chromatographic peaks during flavonoid identification by Orbitrap UHPLC-MS/MS analysis.
