Application

For the isolation and cultivation of Zygosaccharomyces rouxii from chocolate syrup.

Preparation Note

Suspend 65.9 g in 100 ml distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium with stirring. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
