Description

General description

Daidzin is a plant isoflavone glycoside and a potent inhibitor of human mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH-I).

Application

Daidzin may be used as a reference standard in the determination of daidzin in the root of Pueraria lobate using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
