Description

General description

Chemical structure: polyene

Application

Nystatin is a polyene antibiotic. Its uses include preventing cell culture contamination and inducing interleukin (IL)-1, IL-8, and tumor necrosis factor a secretion in TLR2-expressing THP1 cells. This product is recommended for use in cell culture applications at 24 mL/L.

Caution

This product is stable at 37°C for three days.

Preparation Note

This suspension consists of 10,000 units/mL Nystatin in Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline. It is aseptically processed, sterility testeed by USP and cell culture tested.

20ml, 100ml

Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
