General description

ACTR6 (381-396) is an ARP6 actin-related homolog (yeast). Actin is an ubiquitous protein involved in the formation of filaments that are a major component of the cytoskeleton. ARP6, in vertebrate cells, is found localized to the nucleus where it has a role in maintaining chromatin organization and structure. ARP6 binds to heterochromatin protein 1 and has a role in telomere silencing in yeast.

Rabbit anti-ACTR6 (381-396) antibody binds to human ACTR6 (381-396).

synthetic peptide coresponding to amino acids 381-396 of human ACTR6.

Rabbit anti-ACTR6 (381-396) antibody can be used for indirect immunofluorescence and western blot (1:500-1:2,000) applications.

Yale Center for High Throughput Cell Biology IF-tested antibodies. Each antibody is tested by immunofluorescence against HUVEC cells using the Yale HTCB IF protocol. To learn more about us and Yale Center for High Throughput Cell Biology partnership, visit sigma.com/htcb-if.
