General description

AGB1 is encoded by the gene ELK4. AGB1 is a putative β subunit heterotrimeric G-protein involved in signal transduction in animal cells.

Monoclonal anti-AGB1 recognizes Arabidopsis AGB1. The antibody does not cross react with Arabidopsis AGG1.

synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 362-377 of Arabidopsis AGB1.

Applications in which this antibody has been used successfully, and the associated peer-reviewed papers, are given below.
Immunofluorescence (1 paper)

Mouse monoclonal anti-AGB1 antibody can be used for western blot (0.5-1μg/mL, using recombinant AGB1 protein) and indirect ELISA assays.
