Description

General description

PSMD14 is a part of the 19S complex that mediates the deubiquitination of substrates during proteasomal degradation. This protein is known to mediate senescence and cell cycle arrest.
Rabbit Anti-PSMD14 recognizes human, mouse, rat, bovine, and zebrafish PSMD14.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal region of human PSMD14

Application

Rabbit Anti-PSMD14 antibody can be used for western blot applications at a concentration of 0.5μg/ml.

Physical form

Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
