General description

Phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1) is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 1,3-diphosphoglycerate to 3-phosphoglycerate during glycolysis. PGK1 expression has been correlated to CXCR4 expression, survival and bone marrow metastasis in neuroblastoma patients.
Rabbit Anti-PGK1 antibody recognizes human, rat, bovine, pig, zebrafish, canine, and mouse PGK1.

synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human PGK1 with an internal ID of S22609

Rabbit Anti-PGK1 antibody is suitable for western blot applications at a concentration of 1.25μg/ml and for IHC at 4-8μg/ml using paraffin-embedded tissues.

Physical form

Lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose
