Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Biotin antibody is suitable for use in western blot using extracellular matrix protein extracts from the bone marrow of mice . The product can also be used for direct ELISA (1:20,000).

General description

IgG antibody plays a crucial role in humoral immune responses such as placental transport, complement activation, phagocytosis and cell surface-receptor binding. Anti-rabbit IgG (whole molecule)–biotin antibody can be used in enfragment analysis to visualize native GFP protein in stem cell tumours. This antibody can also be used in western blotting and immunohistochemistry . Further this can be used as a secondary antibody in quantified immunocytochemistry experiments. Anti-rabbit IgG (whole molecule)–biotin antibody reacts specifically with all rabbit immunoglobulins.

IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that modulate several immune responses. Rabbit IgGs against target proteins are often used as primary antibodies in various research applications. Thus, secondary anti-rabbit IgGs conjugated to a detectable substrate are useful tools for the analysis of target proteins. Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Biotin antibody is specific for rabbit IgGs.
