synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 5-19 of the N-terminal region of human DRAK1.

General description

DRAKs contain an N-terminal kinase domain and a C-terminal regulation domain. They have high sequence homology to DAP and ZIP kinases. DRAK1 is located in nucleus and the messenger RNA was ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.

Physical form

Solution in phosphate buffered saline, containing 0.02% sodium azide.

Anti-DRAK1 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for immunoblotting at a working concentration of 0.5-1 μg/mL (1:1000 – 1:500 dilution) using A431 or MOLT4 cell lysates.
