highly purified GST fusion protein of a C-terminal part of the mouse Slo (mSlo) α subunit. The protein corresponds to amino acids 1098-1196. This epitope corresponds to the C-terminal of the longer form of BKCa channel α subunit and overlaps approximately 40 residues with the shorter form. Both shorter and longer forms are highly conserved among vertebrates.

Physical form

Lyophilized at approximately 0.3 mg/ml from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, 5% sucrose and 0.025% sodium azide
