General description

Rat Dorsal Root Ganglion Neurons (RDRGN) are derived from spinal cords of normal embryonic rat (gestation day 15). >500,000 cells cryopreserved in Serum-free Freezing Medium.

Sensory information relay, ion channel properties and modulation, neuropathy, peripheral nerve injury and regeneration, myelination, synaptogenesis.

Each lot was tested for proper morphology, Stain positive for β III-Tubulin, Negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, mycoplasma, bacteria, and fungi.
