General description

Monoclonal Anti-BTBD9 (mouse IgM isotype) is derived from the hybridoma BTBD9-205 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human BTBD9 conjugated to KLH protein, that contains one BTB/POZ domain and one BACK (BTB/Kelch associated) domain. The BTB/POZ domain mediates homomeric and heteromeric protein-protein interactions.

a peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human BTBD9, conjugated to KLH.

Monoclonal Anti-BTBD9 antibody produced in mouse has been used in immunoblotting and immunofluorescence.

Physical form

Culture supernatant solution containing 15 mM sodium azide.
