Description

General description

Process 96 samples quickly by a bind-wash-elute method with greater than 85% recovery. The PCR Clean-up UNIFILTER eliminates time-consuming precipitations and labor-intensive resin purifications. Purified DNA is ready for sequencing, hybridization assays, and microarrays.

The PCR Clean-up UNIFILTER can be used with both vacuum and centrifuge techniques.
